Abstract

Electronic commerce is transforming the market place by changing firm’s business models by shaping relationships among market actors and by contributing to changes in market structure. The development of internet banking( I-Banking) has not only change the way we do banking but has also created new customer values in content, infrastructure and context. This paper reports key findings from an interpretive study of Indian banking consumer experience with the adoption of internet banking.
