The game of volleyball requires concentration, quick thinking and a great deal of movement. Flexibility of a joint depends on many factors, particularly the length and looseness of the muscles and ligaments due to normal human variation, and the shape of the bones and cartilage that make up the joint. It is hypothesized that there will be no significant difference in flexibility level among Attacker, Setter and Defender of Interuniversity Volleyball players. All the men volleyball players who have represented their university, situated in North Zone of India, from the year 2011 onward, were the universe for this study.
