Abstract

The genesis of writing is the origin of writer,and literature exists in every civilization whether ancient or modern. Every literature is made of words. Every word is written and rewritten to make legends,reality come to front. In this research paper the making of literature I.e. “word and literature”and the problem of “censorship on literature” has been highlighted,as literature exists free and gives birth to itself.The research paper is built on Nadine Gordimer’s Nobel Lecture “writing and Being” The paper will highlight the making of literature and the saga of censorship on it.
