ORPHANS AND ORGANISATIONAL STRUCTURE

Abstract

Orphan is a child who has lost one or both parents. Orphans are from a particular exposed group of children. The systematic research on this group of children is emerging and showing distressing figures such as higher level of Aggression, Stealing tendency, Lying habit and Annoying others and what is normal for their age groups. Immediately after the death of a parent the performance goes down, some remain depressed others are fine. It is those who are coming from the poorest socio-economic backgrounds appear to have most problems at school. How they become problematic?
