Ensuring Health & Safety of employees at the workplace should be the top priorities of Human Resource Managers. Organizations that disregard safety and health issues often lend themselves in problems. Neglecting the health and safety issues not only affect the trust between workers and the management but also damage employees’ commitment and performance and also ruin an organization’s reputation. With increasing competition, today every company is performing hard to stay in the market. With the advent of globalization domestic companies are not only facing competition from their domestic counterparts but also from foreign companies.
