Mutual funds are very popular tool of investment in current scenario. But investors are not much aware about the working of mutual funds, risk associated to it , key points about mutual funds and institutions working in it. The aim of this paper is to give insight about all the factors written above. So that a more clear picture can be drawn about mutual funds and doubt can be clarified about risk associated to it.
