There is some confusion in the words that there is a private equity which is generated in private company means a private sector company or private fund by Public Sector Company. But in true sense the private equity means not the formal way of raising capital. The period of 1980-2008 there is a great boom in the private equity. Many sprouting company required fund to finance their project. They can raise capital maximum to the shareholder’s to minimize these risk. Than the requirement of finance of these project by the different financing machinery, which can easily fund these project so, it comes to the private equity. Similarly sinking company that need to estimated their business required funds are finance.
