Data was analysed by applying percentage analysis and regression analysis. Based on the review of literature a conceptual model of employee satisfaction and monetary compensation was developed and eleven factors of monetary compensation were identified which affect employees satisfaction. From the correlation and regression analysis the hypothesis was proved that monetary compensation had significant relationship with employees’ satisfaction.
