Abstract

This paper investigates the relationship between dietary patterns and mental health, focusing on how different types of diets affect psychological well-being. Evidence suggests that diets rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, fish, and healthy fats are associated with a reduced risk of depression, anxiety, and other mental health disorders.
