Abstract

Data consisted of 1440 Murrah buffaloes to estimate the genetic parameters of performance traits of first lactation in Murrah buffaloes calved over a period of 30 years at six Military dairy farm of Northern India, were analyzed by using the mixed technique of Harvey (1987) model.
