Abstract

One of the most crucial tools an athlete may employ is imagery training, which is a cognitive process. The goal of the study is to compare the impact of an imagery training programme on tennis players with the help of imagery script of tennis serve competing at the national level in CBSE games before and after the training. There is a six-week training course that is offered.
