Abstract

In order to smoothly carry out large Corporate Social Responsibility projects and programmes which require substantial funding and investment of time, SBI has its own CSR policy approved by the Board of Directors towards its customers. Banking is a customer oriented service Banks have also started realizing that business depends on client service and the satisfaction of the customer and this is compelling them to improve customer service and build up relationship with customers.
