In Indian economy the contribution of tourism industry is noticeable and not ignorable and also the contribution is going to be higher with in future. Hotels and restaurants which provide food are a significant part of this industry and without them, the industry can’t survive. Hotel industry provides direct as well as indirect employment opportunities to a large population not only that Hotel industry creates Micro, Small and Medium entrepreneurs are established.
