Abstract

Human resource management is made up of practices, systems, and policies that help to shape employees’ attitudes, efficiency, and actions. Recruitment, selection, training and development, compensation, employees’ well-being and performance management are all HRM activities. Now-a-days the challenge of work-life balance is increasing to the top of many employees’ and employers’ consciousness. In today’s fast-paced culture, human resource professionals seek options to positively impact the bottom line of their companies, improve employee morale, retain employees with valuable company knowledge, and keep pace with workplace trends to maintain the work-life balance of employees.
