COMPARISON OF MENTAL TOUGHNESS AMONG JUDOKAS AND WRESTLERS

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to aim to determine and compare the level of mental toughness of judokas and wrestlers. The sample was selected by using random sampling method. In this study a sample of total 20 Judokas and Wrestlers of University level participation. Allan Hay Mental Toughness Questionnaire which contained 24 items. it was selected to find out the level of mental toughness of judokas and wrestlers. Descriptive statistics and T- Test was employed using IBM SPSS-22 to analyse the data of the study collected after employing questionnaire to the subjects and there exists no significant difference in mental toughness of judokas and wrestlers
