Abstract

The paper describes the current situation of the globalizing world community based on a common system of values. The analysis of changes in value orientations in Ukraine on the example of Russian-Ukrainian relations is carried out. The discrepancy between the values declared by NATO countries and their real actions aimed at inciting the Ukrainian conflict was revealed. It is concluded that the stabilization of Russian-Ukrainian relations in the future will depend on the desire of both countries for mutual understanding and bilateral cooperation on a common value basis.
