Abstract

Technology changes has brought lot of changes in the banking sector. Banking sector also in going digital, without visiting bank branch customers can sit in convenient place and time and carry out banking transaction through bank website, such online banking service is provided by the banks. Demonetization and Pandemic has pushed customers to adopt online banking services. Banks need to deliver quality online services to customers, so that they can gain trust of the customers and retain customers.
