Abstract

Information need and information seeking behavior study is important to find out the sources and services used by the information seekers. The main objective of this study is to find out what kind of information needs of Satali and Beech tea garden workers in the Alipurduar district of West Bengal in their daily life and how they can get it from different sources and whether they are satisfied with this information.
