Abstract

Consumer behavior incorporates ideas from several sciences including psychology, biology, chemistry, and economics. Being, a human being we have to take so many decisions in a single day as what to eat, what to wear, etc. Now, in connection to all these we have to take a major decision being a customer that what to purchase and from where to purchase. All these decisions are influenced by some factors, like our surrounding environment, our discussion groups, our friend circle, our education level.
