Abstract

Due to the rapid technological advancements over the years, social media marketing has gained a lot of importance for businesses. However, the real estate business still lags behind to untap the full potential of the Social Media marketing to enhance their business which acts as a catalyst to grow and expand their business. Therefore, this review focuses on how and why it becomes necessary for the real estate business owners to adopt social media practices to communicate with their prospective customers in the virtual world.
