The paper examines the stability of an incompressible, non-viscous dusty fluid between two parallel plates in the presence of horizontal magnetic field and vertical rotation. The system is shown to be unstable in the absence of magnetic field of the density increases is the vertical direction. Bound on the complex wave velocity of an arbitrary unstable mode are found.
