Abstract

Green HRM is part of sustainability. Sustainability has three pillars which are social, economic, and environmental. Green HRM is related to the environment and it promotes environment-friendly activities and reduces Carbon footprints from human resource management. Nowadays the concern for the natural environment is increasing in public and it is needed that the business model is modified and hence the green HRM be adopted. Green Human Resource Management (HRM) wants to give shape to employee behaviour which helps the organization attain environment-friendly goals.
