Many firms and Mnc’s started working from home due to the spread of coronavirus. Working environment and workplace for the people completely changed. The work-from-home culture has significant effects on one’s life. Fundamentally, this has changed how people live and work. Many challenges and problems were faced by people staying at home and working. Work from home confines employees to stay at home and reduces face-to-face communication which reduces the spread of Covid-19.
