Abstract

The present study was conducted on the 100 farmers during 2021-22 Nicobar District of Andaman & Nicobar Islands. The present study was done to examine production and marketing of coconut. At the overall level, sale of coconut is not at all done except in the form of coconut dried copra to EHL i.e., Ellon Hinago Limited, a tribal cooperative society of the Islands The cost of marketing of coconut to the South Andaman where the market demand exist is little to none as the transportation is very costly and irregular
