Abstract

Electronic commerce is growing in popularity in India. Online shoppers fall into a variety of categories, and their online shopping habits are as diverse as the people who make up those categories. As a result, the goal of this study is to examine how customers use applications to make purchases while shopping online. e-commerce relies heavily on consumer trust because it is perceived as more risky than traditional buying. When we talk about trust, we're talking about a multifaceted problem. A confidence in competence, honesty, and compassion, as well as a belief in trust intention, are the two most significant components of trust, according to this research article.
