Abstract

There are quite a few articles published on this similar topic, but throughout my observation, none of them really provides indicators or solutions which can be adopted on how consumer behaviour can be maintained going forward. So, the purpose of this article is to examine how Covid-19 impacted consumer behaviour globally, as well as provide suggestions that can be adopted in order to maintain consumer behaviour in this supposed new normal. Covid-19 is here to stay for a while, and the longer it exists, the more lockdowns and restrictions to come, which will automatically have an impact on purchasing power.
