Abstract

Dairy farming has been an important role of small and medium farmers life. It give well opportunity lead to good life, India being a predominantly agrarian economy has about 70 percent of its population living in villages, and more than 60 percent of people job opportunity in agriculture in India where livestock play a crucial role in the economic stability of farmers life. Animal husbandry is a major sub-sector of agriculture sector and contributes about 28.6 per cent to the agricultural value output (Annual Report 2017–18, Department of Animal Husbandry, Dairying and Fisheries, Government of India).
