Abstract

Performance management is an integral part of every organization whose aim is to experience growth. Organizations have different types of performance management; their primary is employee performance management; a strategic and dynamic approach used to create and sustain desired performance culture. Many companies and organizations are still practicing traditional performance management whereby they conduct their performance appraisals annually.
