Abstract

In this highly technological assisted era which is taking quantum leaps towards development in any sector, Electronic commerce is no longer a neologism for anyone. Technology is now successfully able to reach all remote and secluded areas in India. However, the urban areas have more familiarity with technical sources and advance environment to utilize such available resources effectively. The need of the hour is to understand the challenges of selling goods to consumers who are novice for such platforms.
