Abstract

The microfinance services have been believed to alleviate poverty by creating jobs and increasing incomes as they link the poor into productive economic activities. Institutionalized and specialized microfinance has largely developed in reaction to the failure of this policy in reaching significant numbers of poor people, especially women through sustainable financial services. The Objective of this study is to examine the determinants of Women’s` livelihood improvements which the research conducted in Oromia Credit and Saving Share Company South West Shoa Zone.
