Abstract

Electronic word of mouth (e-WOM) is considered one of the most influential informal media among consumers, businesses, and the population. The rapid growth of online communication through social media, websites, blogs, etc. has increased academic interest in word of mouth (WOM) and electronic word of mouth. e-WOM is considered as a very important source of information in purchase of electronic products for influencing human behaviour, significantly affecting the way consumers make purchase decisions.
