Abstract

In this paper, an attempt has been done to study and analyse the Emotional Intelligence of Elementary Teacher Education Trainees of District Institute of Education & Training located in Delhi, India. For this study Normative Survey method was used. During this study random sampling technique was used. Data was collected Elementary Teacher Education Trainees of different District Institute of Education & Training. For collection of data self-constructed tool EISETET was used. Product moment correlation was used for statistical analysis. It was found that Emotional Intelligence skills are essential for Elementary Teacher Education Trainees
