HUMAN RIGHTS: CONTENT, THREATS AND PROSPECTIVE IN WORLD SCENARIO

Abstract

In last few years, one of the most disputative issues was Human Rights. After the Second World War, leading powers came with the ideas of United Nations. In 1948, 48 nations agreed on the concept of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. A year later December 10 declared as World Human Right Days. This paper deals with world scenario of excogitation of human right in twenty first century. In modern times, human beings on cultural landscape have decided to suspend humanity biggest strength viz., empathy, compassion and understanding because which we are losing our ability to connect and love. With Globalization, there was modification in the concept of human rights. This article deals with the problem of human right with development of a nation.
