The correlational study is undertaken by the researcher to access whether there is some relationship between the organisational climate and job satisfaction in teachers of govt.and private higher secondary schools. Data has been collected by applying the inventory of organisational climate, developed and standardized by Somnath chattopadhyay and K. G Agrawal also teacher job satisfaction questionnaire by Dr.D.N.Mutha and Pramod Kumar, data after statistical analysis ,and application 0f product moment method and reached the result that there found the positive significant relationship between organisational climate and job satisfaction in Government schools teachers whereas no significant relationship between organisational climate and job satisfaction in private school teachers.
