A STUDY OF ESSENTIAL VALUE PATTERNS FOR PRE-SERVICE TEACHERS

Abstract

In this study an attempt has been made to study and analyses the Value Patterns of Pre-Service Teachers of District Institute of Education & Training located in National Capital Territory of Delhi, India. Normative Survey method was used to conduct the study and collection of data. Random sampling technique was used during the study. Data was collected from Pre-Service Teachers of different District Institute of Education & Training of Delhi. The tool named VPSETET (Value Pattern Scale for Elementary Teacher Education Trainees) was used for collection of data. The tool named VPSETET was self-constructed by researcher. Product moment correlation was used for statistical analysis. It was found that the different value education patterns are essential for the Pre-Service Teachers.
