Abstract

This research aimed at assessing the role of social media in the transformation of the marketing role. The study demonstrate that social media has transformed marketing and its benefits in the ever-changing political, economic, and competitive climate. Advertisement is the most notable aspect of marketing, although it encompasses other functions such as studying the characteristics of customers and handling complaints.
